Hi, I'm Amanda
I'm a London-based Nutritional Therapist (BSc Hons, NT Dip CNM, mBANT). I specialise in supporting women who are struggling to navigate changes they experience during perimenopause and menopause. I help clients who've often tried various diets, supplements and medical advice in the past but are still struggling day-to-day and and aren't sure where to turn next. I love being able to educate and coach them to cut through all the misinformation out there and feel so much better by following a fully personalised approach to their health.

My interest in menopause stems from seeing first-hand my friends, colleagues and clients suffer with symptoms, which all too often go misunderstood by their regular healthcare providers and unsupported at work. I'm keen to help dispel the taboo of Menopause whilst empowering women to take steps to regain balance and control during this transitional life stage. I am passionate about helping women make the best nutrition and lifestyle choices to transform how they feel whilst protecting their long-term health. Just because we are getting older, doesn't mean we can't continue to thrive at home and in the workplace.

My journey into nutrition followed 16 years working in leading blue-chip companies. At the time I was working hard and playing harder; eating poorly, often fuelled by coffee and wine. I struggled with anxiety, fatigue and was on the verge of burn out. My hormones were all over the place and my digestion was in bits. Juggling a family and a demanding job I began addressing my diet and lifestyle and noticed rapid and significant improvements. I felt more energised, my digestive and mental health were transformed, and I felt back in control of my hormones. This spurred me on to retrain at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine and ever since I have been driven to share my learnings with other women on a similar health journey.
