I’m a BANT-registered nutritional therapist specialising in women's health. I work with busy women over 40 who are fed up with changing hormones controlling their weight, confidence and everyday passion for life. Menopause can be a challenging journey, but I help clients learn how to use nutrition to improve their symptoms and transform their overall wellbeing. By addressing issues such as fatigue, weight gain, joint pain, and IBS, I help my clients my feel re-energised, healthier and happier.
